Our barn’s great hall can accommodate your party any season of the year. There is ample space for 175 seated guests or 300 guests for flowing reception.

New to River Bottoms Ranch is a stunning custom designed 2,200 square foot mortise & tenon timber pavilion. Locally built utilizing old-world craftsmanship, it provides an unparalleled outdoor sheltered entertainment space.
Our spacious lawn and surrounding fields offer the ability to customize your event with numerous possibilities. The stunning 360 degree views of the valley, river and mountains is highlighted by the dramatic peaks of Mt. Timpanogos.

A: Yes, to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch we require that each of our couples hire a professional wedding planner. You are welcome to hire a planner for either full planning services or at a minimum for month-of services. River Bottoms Ranch can provide in-house planning for an additional fee but is not required. We welcome all professional wedding planners.
Q: Am I required to have a Wedding Planner?
*Planner is responsible to provide detailed timeline & floor plan to RBR.
A: No, we do require that you use one of the three culinary teams listed on our preferred vendor list. Your planner can assist you with matching to the right caterer who will fulfill your event needs. This will ensure a smooth and successful event.
Q: Can I bring in my own food for the event?

A: Yes, as long as you use our RBR exclusive bartending service that provides licensed bartenders. RBR security is required on site from start to finish of the event at $400. If over 175 guests, two security guards are required at $400 each.
